國家商檢局關(guān)于對日出口家禽肉檢驗出證的通知

各直屬商檢局：

據(jù)我駐日使館商務(wù)處函告，日本厚生省對禽類檢驗證書的內(nèi)容作了修改，并于今年4月1日起用新的檢驗證書通關(guān)。現(xiàn)將新證書內(nèi)容發(fā)給你們，供對日本出口雞肉檢驗出證時使用。并請?zhí)貏e注意，帶內(nèi)臟的家禽不允許出口。

日本厚生省要求檢疫的禽病

雞瘟、狂犬病、雞痘、雞傳染性支氣管炎、雞傳染性喉氣管炎、雞新城疫、雞白血病、包函體肝炎、馬立克氏病、鸚鵡熱、禽霍亂、雞結(jié)核、大腸桿菌病、傳染性鼻卡它（鼻炎）、丹毒、雞白痢、雞付傷寒、葡萄球菌病、李斯特氏桿菌病、毒血癥、膿毒癥、敗血癥、禽曲霉菌病、原蟲病（弓形體病除外）、弓形體病、寄生蟲病、變性、尿酸鹽沉著、水腫、腹水癥、出血、炎癥、萎縮、腫瘤（馬立克氏病和白血病除外）、內(nèi)臟異常（形狀、大小、質(zhì)地、顏色和氣味不正常）、體溫不正常、黃疸、外傷、中毒、瘠瘦、發(fā)育不良、生物制劑過敏、污染、放血不良、過燙。

I. the undersigned offical Veterinarian, certify that:

1. This lot of products was derived from poultry which originated from non-epizootc area, and were found healthy and free from diseades designated by Laws concerned in Japan through ante- mortem and post mortem inspection.

2. The poultry was slaughtered and processed in the establishment registered by SACI.

3. The products had been processed, packed, stored and transpor- ted under a sanitary condition, meeting the Rules of Inspec- tion for Export Chicken, and fit for homan consumption.
